After high school Csaba wanted to go to University. Due to his physical condition he had to rely on his head, his intellectual abilities. Since he had to study at home, he thought that ICT was the ideal career.

It gave him a totally new perspective, it offered him the chance to grow in the IT field (he did various jobs from programming to training others in IT use), but also to gain competences in leading an organization (where currently he is doing managing work along with IT tasks)
